he already told its not about the armor and stuff.. Its about mages doing very high damage and at the same time has the chance to take just as much, by having just as much hp and having just as high chance to block.



And i really agree with it. mages are so much bether that i changed my build. (which costed me a little to much ) now, that i dident have so much money for magic weaps and spells. still, im doing much bether than before..

I may not.I don't have crazy strong weapons with huge BTH to use with it.Therefore, it's not for me.Not to mention I'm currently a beastmage,too.Even If I put my INT into STR,it still wouldn't be for me.Because sheer numbers, and staff quotes prove it.

Well, yeah xelemental, telling me that it's true that you have so little respect for me that you don't feel the need to respond further to anything I have to say is kind of an offending gesture and openly admitting that what I said about it was true kind of makes apologizing for it an empty gesture. :\

You never mentioned your build and you never linked to your profile so we could SEE your build. Now that you say you're a mage hybrid yes, Berserker isn't for you. It was never meant to be. It was made for the melee and ranged users who keep getting so consistently screwed over by the staff because of the way the game is overbalanced towards mages and continues to BE overbalanced towards mages (The fact that the IronThorn has any affect at ALL on Magic weapons should illustrate that.) If you don't specialize in Me/R, then you're better off using CFtFD for burst. CFtFD is probably better burst than AS once freezing is factored in, since nobody ever just uses CFtFD by itself anymore.

And I don't exactly have 'crazy strong weapons'. Not one of my weapons is an uber, not even one of these setless ubers the staff has been releasing every week. SkyScorcher simply has a high BTH because it's ranged. I kept it mostly for dealing with Sneaks and other assorted 'High melee low everything else' defense mobs the staff seems to like releasing but it's proving to be a fairly deadly weapon with Berk's AS.

And while we were debating, IronThorn was further buffed. Now when using Me/R, it doubles damage but only gives a -10 to BTH. Berk Hides negate it completely by adding +1 per Berk Level the user has, so when using Ancestral Spirits, only the AS modifiers need be accounted for on the negative end.

I think I said changing my build could come into account in few cases.Y'see, I've already done it once.

And as I said, I didn't intend to offend you, but it simply isn't worth it for me, even if I don't take into account the money costing for changing build.
