A few people had them just disappear,we bought them,had them in our inventory and got up the next day and it was gone,I think it happened the night that it went rare or the day after so we never had a chance to get it back.But as with most things they're just ignoring it.  |

This problem is really hard to solve...They have to go through individual accounts and put a PP300 in since they can't just give to everyone. Fry, try bugging one of the staffs to the max...

Faye, that's why he complains.
He and other people reported their PP300 going AWOL on them on the forum, and the mods deleted the topics and pretend nothing happened.

well, if the topics don't exist I suppose there's no way to prove it. unless you screenshotted the topic so you could prove you'd posted it.

So it cost 270? I saw that, but I didn't really care, 30 mp isn't something too exciting to me...But it would make me madd if it cost alot and then they deleted it >_> AE would recieve a ping of death from me for the next week ^o^. lol

Ive reposted the topic in the bug list,at first they said they were deleting other posts because theres no need for multiple posts,although that would add weight to the problem,meaning it isn't just some lone nut who thought he bought it but didn't but theres quite a few it happened to.Its not about the cost,it's almost not even about the spell,ya I wanted it,ya I paid for it,yes I put in the time to get it,but deleting ALL the threads and ignoring it is what really pissed me off,when you pay money for something you expect a certain kind of service,if you go to the gas station and pay for 30 gallons and get 28,its not too much of a difference,but then you go into the store with a receipt 5 minutes later an they say not only did you never buy gas from them,they don't sell any gas at all and in fact this is just a corner store that happens to have gas pumps out front.Its become more about the way it was handled,not the item nor cost in question,although I do want the spell.It's kind of the thing where if you don't call them on a smaller thing,next week it'll be something bigger,and before you know it they're shafting you hardcore because they think they can get away with it.  |

I actually read that...
They should just release the spell again for 1k for a short time.
We can't let them think that they can get away with ignoring people's problem....(although technically you signed a terms of agreement saying that you don't actually own anything and that they can do what ever they want even if you pay real money, although they don't actually do that)
So frostvale is tomorrow...Exciting eh.

hmm. how nice it would be to suddenly have Mod Powers and delete all THEIR topics, or re-open all the locked ones. I'd like to see them handle that.
