Dimensional Seal -Anti-Dragon-[2000 MP]
Opponent is sent to another dimension for 10 turns. When the monster comes out, it has a 50% chance of an OHKO upon it. During those ten turns, opponent is not vulnerable to attacks.

What is Anti-(blank)?
Anti means it can do 2x damage against that type. For example, Zero's Dimensional Warp has a 50% Chance of killing a monster after it comes out of the Different Dimension. On Dragons, however, it's a 100% OHKO.
How much MP do you use for an Anti attack?
You use double MP for the type that it's an Anti on. If it's an attack Anti, you use MP equal to the damage.

Spells
Spell 1: Tera Flare, 750 MP Damage: 2000 total, can target up to 3 units. damage is spread over targets. cannot attack for 5 turns after use. burns target. Bahamut's signature move and, if its potential was not restricted by its Chaos Seal, could raze continents to the ground.

Appearance: a colossal silver Dragon with glowing red eyes. its wings are white and its teeth are black. the chaos crests are gone, replaced by a Pentagram imprinted on its torso. the Lord of Chaos rides it, wielding a Staff of Chaos capable of performing MASSIVE spells.

okay. THIS one won't be doing much fighting, though.

Max HP: 100000 Max MP: 1000000 (he's basically a god with Mortality. what do you expect as an MP limit?)
Attacks
Attack 1: Chaos Blade Damage: 200. causes 10 damage to self. Anti-Order effect: halves damage caused by Target's next attack.
Attack 2: PsychoKinesis Damage: 100 MP damage to target. 100% chance of Infect on target. Anti-Order effect: transfers MP loss from any spell usage to Target and fully regenerates MP of user.
Attack 3: [glow=white,2,300]Soul Drain[/glow] Damage: 500 to target. recovers 250 HP. 1/6 chance of user being Infected by target. Infect on self is negated if target is Infected already. [glow=white,2,300]SECONDARY EFFECT: on request only, this attack can instantly destroy a character. ask for this if you have too many characters and want to make another.[/glow]

Spell 2: Shattered World, 99999 MP Damage: 2000. 1/6 chance of causing KO status. 500 damage to self. Anti-Order effect V2 (the old one was the delete): Target is inflicted with Void status, KOing them and adding their HP and MP to LoC's current reserves.
Spell 3: Chaos Angel, 100000 MP Damage, 1st turn: 0. gives user Flight status. only certain creatures (those with 500+ damage Wind magic or flight capability) can harm it. Damage, 2nd turn: 99999. 1/2 chance of inflicting 5000 damage to self due to the attack missing. inflicts Paralyse and Poison statuses on target for 20 turns... if they survive. Anti-Order effect: instantly KOs target and halves Maximum HP.
Appearance a tall, black-armored figure with a number of swords both strapped to his back and clipped onto his belt. His eyes are purple and his hair beneath his helmet is reddish-orange.
Yup, it's me. and trying to fight me... I won't use this character unless someone makes an Order-type character or adds Order magic. whatever you do, don't make a spell which drains both HP and MP. because that's something Order does, and it'd trigger me.
