This is a new game that is almost identical to AQ.

I'm not sure of all of the details. All I know is that it has PvP and the ability to bring a friend to battle with you.

It's very interesting. The staff is saying that this is a scam, but the creators of AQX say that you can't even use your AQ account in it.

It's a private server of AQ and IS identical. Probably ripped data and images from the real AQ, then set up their own thing.

Yes, the additions AQX put in do look nice, but they were probably able to do that just because they didn't need to create all the art, animation, and data for the weapons and armors that they ripped from the original AQ. Pretty nice, though. I'd like to see AQ have those components sometime in the future.

AQX cannot exist unless Artix entertainment grants it the right to use their ideas. And by the staff on the boards saying it is a scam, I'm gonna guess that AQX will be buried, before it could even live. Get over it.

From what I've heard, AQX can't be sued because they are not charging money to play the game. Though the guy that told me that could be an ignorant moron...I don't know.

AQX would be fine if they had come up with their own ideas.

Since they took AQ's ideas, (and might I add, just about everything else) they are screwed.

It's like me buying a vidieo game and then making and making an identical copy, it might not be making me any money, but it's not legal because it's wasn't mine to copy in the first place. It's called copyright.

They really should strike a deal with the AQX people. Instead of suing their pants off, AQX should let them use their coding for all that brilliant stuff they did. Then AQ will have more stuff to charge us for.
