NMP is all around defense and stats
Shadow Cloack is Darkness, Melee and Ranged, lesser in other elements, and lower in stat
Reign is Offense, losing its defenses at the cost of it.

You should get NM first. Then SC, then RP.

Nitemare is best in every situation. Get it first, and yes, all greater sets are worth it.
