When playing AQ, I read this in my dark wizard robe special moves: Amplify!Cast 1 of 3 different water spells. The spell is chosen depending on how many turns you have waited. The more you wait, the more powerfull the spell. COST: 80 MP OBTAINED: Class Level 5 (the error "powerfull" was found in the game) I do not know how to postpone the attack for another turn. Are people not helpful on this board?

Yes, but it's not a very active board. 'Waiting a turn' just means going a turn without using said spell.

You can either go to the official AQ forum and put up with getting ignored by hundreds of people, not counting the trolls who will answer only with 'lolz nub', or you can post here and wait a whole hour for someone to actually be helpful.
Your choice. :3
Like D!SEASED said, in the case of Amplify, it means you have to have the Wizard Robes equipped. The more turns that go by before you use Amplify, the more powerful its damage will be.
So if you equip Wizard Robes, and wait ten turns and then use Amplify, you'll get a powerful spell. But if you equip Wizard Robes and use Amplify immediately, you'll get the weakest spell.

On top of that, I think the best spell comes after waiting 3 turns.

Actually I've tried both three turns and 5, and read somewhere about waiting like 11 turns for the 2nd most powerful one and like 33 for the most powerful version. Now I could be wrong but I don't know.
However, as Drago and Diseased said: the more turns you take with the Wizard Robes doing anything but Amplify, the more poweful it will be.
