Blade of Awe question

I am an x-Guardian and I have assembled all the pieces for the Blade of Awe, but Valencia doesn't seem to put them together for you, all she does is offer to rent you a Fire blade or Dark blade for 200 z-tokens. Am I going to the right place? Thanks.

To get the Blade of Awe and alter your Guardian armor, you have to use the "Valencia?" button in Aria's Petshop.
