I believe that it is the same process of clicking on the "Profile" button and then Clicking "Modify Profile" and then entering the image's URL in the Avarar space provided. Then just choose the size you want to avatar to be. I think mine is 100 x 100.

Anyways, just put the URL into wherever it needs to go when you edit your profile. Not that hard, since Mozilla isn't that much different than Explorer. =x If you can't do that, it's hopeless.
