HI!
I decided to make a list of which mobs can be ninja frozen and which can't. I will update this page as I encounter more monsters. Due to my level, it may be impossible for me to find the status on lower level monsters.
For those of you who don't know, Ninjas have a special ability called: Sui-Ka. It is a level 9 ability that requires mana from both the Ninja ( 80 mana) and the Monster. Now the text says it requires 60 mana from the monster, but I've noticed it only uses 40 mana. One of the useful aspects about this skill, is that it sucks the enemy mana even if the enemy is immune. But it only sucks their mana if they have a minimum of 40 mana. Now I don't know when all monsters will start using their mana for spells (it seems like most do not), but for those monsters who do, this is a nice benefit for the Ninja. Also, while I can't find any official notes on the subject, it appears that the monster's defense is lowered considerably once frozen.
The purpose of this list is to provide a list that can be used to update Monster Information on this website.
So message to anyone who has authority to update this website:
I assume you're also a moderator, so here is my suggestion - each time I add a new monster to this list, I will bold him/her/it. When you add the information to the website, please edit my post and "un-bold" the monster you update. That way we can keep a running tally and know when a monster has/has not been updated

One thing I have noticed is some monsters are healed by this skill. I'm not sure how many are healed, because many times I used this attack when they were at full health. There is no rhyme or reason to this healing. At first I thought it was related to the resistance modifiers, now I have learned it isn't. Also, not all who are invulnerable to freeze attacks will heal.
The Ice Resistance modifier does not seem to have any effect on the success/failure of this ability.
Many (if not all) Ice/Snow elemental based monsters seem to be immune. However, other monsters are immune as well, so don't depend just on their element.
