For our German (Deutsch) speaking users, you might find this link useful:

It's a version of AQ with some of the main game engine text translated to German.
Most of the labels on the character and monster profile, and the Attack menu has been translated.
Only the main interface has translations. No quests, or monster descriptions have been converted.
Let me know if it's useful at all.
Or at least a bit more comfortable to German speaking players.
(Or maybe someone learning German will find it fun)
