If I remember correctly and I doubt I do it was like level 95 or something,but then again we're talking about my memory here so don't put too much stock in it.

After doing some pretty hasty calculations, the spell is better than Darksplatter by its b2h, but loses in damage.

In other words: For those too cheap to buy a Token Darkness uberspell, this is your best choice.

the dmg thing isent so difrent, its a uber spell, and i rather want this than darksplatter.. also, i can use the tokens on other spells like, supernova, or frost elf attack..

Ninjat, the level 70 version:

Hits: 8
Element: Darkness
Attack Type: Magic
Damage: 10-22 each
BTH: +15% each

So that's 80-176 damage without statbonuses.

Darksplatter:

Hits: 10
Damage: 8-12, 8-12, 8-12, 8-12, 8-12, 8-12, 8-12, 8-12, 8-12, 34-50
BTH: 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5% 100%
Element: Darkness
Type: Magic
MP Cost: 175

That's 106-158 damage without statbonuses.


Hmmm.. it's a tight competition, but I prefer Darksplatter due to it's higher base damage. That, and I don't really like the Ninjat spell idea anyway. If I want to kill something, I cast Magicks at it, not summon some critters to kill it.


But anyway, yeah. This is the new Darkness Uber, soon-to-be-rare though, so get it while you can if you don't have the Tokens yet for Darksplatter. If you have Darksplatter already.. well, it's up to you whether or not to give up on it. I won't.

i see your calculations, and i see that Darksplatter might be abit better, (specially with stats?) and the thing with summon too.. i dont really like that :S BUT, i dont say im to "cheap" to buy a token item, but now i can use them for another uber token spell that has bigger difrence..


EDIT: and i also want to point out that this is the low verson, and its an uber, so how is the high verson?

The Ninjat Madness I quoted IS the high level version.
The lower level(40) version is 4 hits, and currently Pedia is missing the exact damage.
