Now that I'm starting to get into the ubersets, I need to know If I should even bother with the shadowspear, or just keep my grim vestige. The shadowspear has higher BTH, and a better special, but GV does more base regular damage.

The Shadowspear, with the rest of the set, is one of the most devestating weapons in the game. Grim Vestige, with an off-element special, isn't nearly as useful.

Trust me ShadowSpear is awesome! With it's special I hit about 130 against something with 110% in dark. It's damage is great and the set bonus is nice too.
