Damage: 7-26
Formula:
Base Damage: Is Multiplied by [1+ (Your Level/100)] / 1.7
Random Damage: Is Multiplied by [1+ (Your Level/75)] / [1+ (70/75)]

However, it comes much higher result than the damages given in same post:

70-72 ---- 7-26
73-78 ---- 7-27
79-82 ---- 7-28
83-84 ---- 8-28
85-90 ---- 8-29
91-96 ---- 8-30
97-101 --- 8-31
102-106 - 8-32
107-107 - 9-32
108-109 - 9-33

this is quite troubling me, because I got 11-29.Which is much higher than 8-28.
Which one is right?
