I wanted to offer a thank you to the members of this board.
So many wonderful, memorable regulars, and plenty of cool folks who came and went. This forum was literally where I first started communicating on the internet when I was a little kid. I'm 18 now, and I remember my first several posts something like 7 or 8 years ago where embarrassing excuses for English. Abbreviations, "ur" instead of your, ect., ect.
The high quality of posts on here, and great contributions by members taught me to write and communicate in a much more mature way. I owe a great amount of thanks for that, it helped shape the way I behaved online, which truly transitioned to regular life.
Not forgetting to mention so many great conversations on here. I learned a ton from you guys! I shared and expanded on so many of my interests on here, and gained new ones along the way.
I've had people ask where their first jump into the internet started, and it was Ultimate AQ, right here, with you guys. I know how slow this game has become, and even slower the board, but it still means a ton to me.
So thank you, everyone. I'll always remember this site, and the people on it. It was a great run. ;D

I know exactly what you mean. Being a mod for the forums here was my first real responsibility for anything as a teen, and I took it very (and sometimes too) seriously. I had a blast though, and there's no way I'll ever forget it.
