Is Nemesis Plate worth 700k or should I keep using my Obverse Brigandine and concentrate on buying better weapons? I was thinking about Tsunami Edge since my current Water weapon is The Great Blade of Rennd...which isn't too great of a weapon imo.

The Nemesis Plate has really good attack, but it has bad B2H. If you want to get this armor, I would suggest dropping your END to 50(unless you want to be a High Endurance Build). Consider switching to Either a Warrior or Mage since hybrids aren't that great until you're in 100s and have lots of stat points.
I would suggest this plate since the monsters are only going to get harder and the 550k Uber weapons are only a few points stronger than their normal ones.
For a water weapon, get the Highest level of the Bad Axe. I'm pretty sure its water and I think it's damage is 7-28 for only 18k.

What about the Shadow Cloak? I looked its stats up today and I'm kind of considering buying it instead of Nemesis Plate...

The Shadow Cloak has a pretty good double hit attack. Not to mention it is the fastest out of all the armors I used to far. Plus it's actually more of a defensive armor. But I think it's been stated on the BattleOn Forums that it's going to be nerfed.
The Nemesis Plate is used by people who can't get through the Uber set quests since it requires none.

I suggest getting Reign Plate. Great defenses verses fire, energy, and light with the strongest attack of all the Ubers!

Reign Plate is more useful as a 2nd or 3rd uber, because of it's terrible defenses. I suggest getting one of the more Balanced or Defensive Ubers- Shadow, Vanhallan, Vayu, or Nemesis.

In all honesty I would go with Shadow. While Nemesis is my favorite I sold it for Asgardian and since, in the long run, you will keep Shadow for tough darkness monsters. Once you get into the 100's Asgardian beats Nemsis and the other niches Nemsis is useful for can be replaced by other ubers.

Actually I'm pretty sure all of the ubers are gonna get nerfed. Well Vayu probably isn't cause I think it is up to Sweep Standards.
