I am not sure which one would be better to get. Eventually, I will have the whole reign set, so I think I should get the ReignBringer, but not sure. Anyone got advice?

If you have a high int Reign bringer if you have High Str Liquifactor.

does the liquefactor have any specials with the reign armor though like the reign bringer?

No, but it is a melee weapon, making it use STr, not INT.
