Has anyone noticed that defenses, even down to 45% and lower, don't really affect the damage you take? I use full Golden sometimes, and when a guy like Kel-Al Relish Jr. hits me, I expect it not to hit or do something like 40 or 50. Instead, he hits me full-on with up to 200 damage a hit. Is it just me or do the defenses do nothing at all?

Maybe some sort of bug. or their damage mods are too crazy high.
