there as a bug and they said there might be quest restarting for some. also when i did the war thing and i beat the strange knight it said there was going toi be a moonridge celebration with the same words as the last moonridge celebration and there was no titan battle! What is going on!

Head over to Artix and check the quest chain, beat Noxus and you'll get to the Titan fight.

Those quests were fun. I ended up using my Dragonlord armor for Noxus because it's got a half-reliable heal skill >_> Apparently there's something called a Helmsplitter axe you can get from Noxus, but I didn't get it.

If you got any of the weapons that Artix purified a few weeks ago its not worth getting any of the light weapons in the Moonridge chain if you didn't then Helmsplitter would be best. I found battling Noxus very difficult for my mage but easy for my warrior. The trick is to just beat on Noxus until he dies then focus on defense.
