All uber spells mana cost is now overcharged...  That means i go back to necromancer... Riptide 267mp Illiumination ultra 297mp MegaInferno 293mp Brilhado Feathers 297mp Earth Fury 293mp Ice nine 351mp Also darkspaltter spell now cost 1100z, 4600z and 11000z. Same with frost elf assault and supernova. I was thinking of becoming beastmage. But now dont know if i should. |

...great....now all of the spells cost too much for me to do anything with them...Why AQ? Why?  maybe they thought mages were overpowered and there was too many of them... EDIT: Maybe they're gonna do something with Archmage, maybe make stronger spells? |

Did they release multiple versions of Darksplatter, and if so, what about US*gloat* who bought the old Darksplatter?
Is it the best, or am I right when I guess it's the worst of the lot?

Seriously, if you didn't see this coming after the MP costs of spells became astronomical (every reward spell for ages has been post-sweep) and the KoO started talking about spells being too mana-efficient, you are quite frankly as thick as a plank.
Albeit a magically-enhanced plank.

on the official AQ forums, if you go to this thread and PM some mod and give them your character ID number and tell them if you bought Frost Elf Attack, Supernova, or DArksplatter before the sweeep, they'll swap ur level 30 verison for the lvl89 version for free

i think they wont swap it to lvl89 they will only swap it to darksplatter classic which is a little bit stronger then old one althought it cost 11000z  They will swap darksplatter classic for lvl89. if i had darksplatter i would just keep classic one its far more mana efficient. So.
With this nerf, am I right to state that it is a MUCH more viable option to use Divine Magic + *spell* against enemies, than casting the same spell twice instead of the first mentioned?

I still prefer metamagics.
And the problem with BOTH them and DM is that they don't multifly stat bonuses. If you deal 125 from stats, it is quite an issue.
Well, look into OAQ forums for comparsion beetween DM and double cast. However, generally double cast>DM.
I decided to keep my Supernova Classic and shift Darksplatter Classic.
