I'm all for an Ultimate AQ clan/party.... I can be the resident idiot who just hits things and takes orders since he's too dumb to do anything else.I SO hope it isn't a monthly fee,thats why I chose AQ in the first place over allot of other games... well that and I didn't have to be too involved... maybe if it's p2p you can buy packages at like um... fry cheap,ya who am I kidding.

Obviously you play the wrong MMO's.
Private server, however that works, is basically the "real game" except handled by a different people than the original, meaning no monthly fees(they might ask for donations, because servers cost moneys), and some things may be different. Like EXP gains, item drops and so on.
Usually you just make an account to a private server, do some other things(which I'm too lazy to specify) and POOF.
Game get.
Makes me wonder how long until we see a private AQ server.

so it's like having a custom version of the game.
In that case, a private AQ server would be unlikely. All it takes is one and suddenly most weapons are free, every monster gives 200000 exp and gold and all quests are skippable.
Call me a pessimist if you like, but looking at the worst scenario helps solve problems before they start.

Fact:
Private servers are in NO way connected to the real game.
Being max level in a private server helps nothing if you're a lowlevel in the real game's server.
Your argument is null and moot.
I'd like a server that you described, because it'd be like a sandbox version. Everyone could just mess around and try out things for free/lot less effort than in AQ.

About trainers: I wonder when they'll have one for that new game. It's probably just a matter of time... Wherever there are ones who play by the rules, there'll be hackers and cheaters...

Available classes for Alpha phase: Warrior, Rogue, Healer, Mage, Berserker.
Each costs 1000g, presumably we get a sort of "starter" armor before those.
Alpha phase monsters drop 50g each.
200 monsters. Sounds like fun.
edit: CHARACTER REGISTRATION IS OPEN! I've already made my character. Male mage, name Xenos Infinity.
Before AZN complains at me for stealing Infinity, I've been using that name all over the place for quite a while.
edit the second: The server appears to have been taken offline again for now. Registration is most likely still working, but the game itself is either not working or full.

www.aqworlds.com/ now. It looks decent at the moment. Better than the LOL ANIME art-style they went with DF and MQ. It's... BEAUTIFUL. Also the fuzzy eyebrows from the banner they have aren't ingame, thank God. Also also, BERSERKER.
