Iron Thorn or Golden

ok right now i'm saving up for the golden plate and shield, but I might want to get the iron thorn along the way. So should I go for the entire golden or iron thorn? Also, keep my Lavistria's Bow and sell my Frozen Magic Flagpole, or sell the flagpole?

For you, Golden.
1st, you have no Uber Shield yet.
2nd, you are a mage.
3rd, IDK.

Get IT and invetory full of 100% ranged bow abusement.
Much more effective.

I do well without Uber Shield(though, with the money I have right now, I could buy one).

Mages should generally have more defence rather then warriors on the offence. Though I like Xelemental's idea of using ranged weapons instead of magic, though it may get abit annoying not having one weapons that doesn't have a special.

Sure, just remember to keep the Staff. In my case, I also have Lycan Magic Slasher. Rest is ranged, though. If I were to repleace LMS, I'd use those dark-element paralyzing shurikens which name escapes me atm.

And BTW; As a mage, I am actually much more offensive.Most of the time I spend in Mage Robes or Berserker Hides and dish out heavy damage.
Though, I DO have Golden Plate. Just don't use it often, but it comes in handy in a while.

hmm i'll just save for golden plate, then iron thorn abusing time =D

ok i was goofing around at ultra akriloth so yea...
i was in berkser hides, dragon slayer shield, lavistria's bow, and ice orb
i was hitting like 600dmg per turn at full health but once i got to under half, i started hitting in the 1k =D at the cost of no mana, i got him down to 3k hp but i got murdered..=/

That's the nature of UAD.
You also have more HP than me.
And still, you would have dealt twice that if you used my combination.
