Ok in Han's Shop, there are memorial day shields
I went to the EXpert Shop and bought the 12k shield
So far i think they pretty good
20% Fire, Wind, Earth, and Darkness
10 Melee def
5 range def
10 mage def
pretty good in my terms

Wrong.
When I equipped it on:
-10% Fire, Earth, Darkness
+12% Energy, Light
+7 to all defenses.
Hopefully it will go up in price.
EDIT: No reaction to being hit by Centocor.

The lower ones are past stats.
The 70 ones was actually decent for it's level and prize, though there are several shields avilable at that level that give -15% to two stats with some additional protection and only cost factor of the LV70 one.
