I have lev 98 dex 130 fighting level 2. they hit me with most every around even when i'm wearing NM set. is there a realy battle system or is it all luck and random?
it's pointless to raise levels upto lev 98...

Training dex on increases the chances to block as well as Niightmare plate ,it oesn't make you unhittable but just more likely to miss enemy hits. But monsters have a bit of bonus to hit as well probably.

It's probably an event thing. A level 110 can still go into the Frogzard Hunter thing and meet Frogzards which are level 10 or lower. :B
