Yup. Another game I'm playing. This one is a bit different, though.
KoL is a web-based browser game, and uses a simple interface with stick figure art. Don't underestimate it, though. I saw this game maybe 3 or so years back and I regret not getting into it back then (but hey, I was 13).
Basically, you get a number of "adventures" per day. These adventures are consumed to do most event driven things, and can be increased by various means. Eventually, you will run out in one day, but so far, after every day I feel that I've done enough and can put it down.
This game is chock full of humor, probably the most witty (and silly (the currency is meat!)) game you'll ever play. It's still a very, very deep game even without the humor. One of the most notable things for me is a type of crafting system called "combining." Take some goat cheese, combine it with "anticheese" and get... A goat! There are 24 other crafting systems and even one that takes apart certain items. (Those aren't as witty, though.)
The most I like about this game is that there really isn't a grind. It can be made for all playing styles, from casual to hardcore. Since it goes by browser and there's no flash, java (maybe just a bit of it), whatever, you can basically play it from any computer with an internet connection.
If you have a good sense of humor, around half an hour to spare every day, or just wanna get away from the endless grinding of another game for a bit, try KoL. You won't regret it. And remember: "An Adventurer is You!"
