Well since Starcraft 2 was announced a while ago and some friends made me pull up promo videos and watch with them, I got the original Starcraft game and I'm playing it now.
It's pretty fun, but RTS games are just not my cup of tea. Working through the Terran campaign now and I'm getting the hang of it (though I'll probably get creamed hard by most any other person). I love the siege tanks to death, it's just fun to see things explode within a second after putting them in siege mode. I also tried out a little of the Protoss and Zerg campaigns but on the second mission of both I decided not to go further (couldn't do the second mission on the Protoss anyways).
One thing I guess I didn't like was how the units moved. I AM a bad manager, so units kept on getting stuck behind each other and some tried "alternate routes" on their own. The number of units that you can select at a time (12) hurt me too, though I'm getting the hang of using the ctrl+# for groups. I also get stuck when in developing stages 'cause I just can't decide what to do next, like upgrades or expanding or building forces. But again, not my cup of tea.
So guys. Lets discuss Starcraft.

You can find all the cheats and some techniques on gamefaqs.com. I'm a huge fan of SC. I'm best with zerg but like the protoss better.

Using cheats gets boring fast. The strategies they have are good though.

Yeah. I read up on a guide for general strategies. It helped a lot.

I played it a bit, but didn't really like it. It's too much like Warcraft, which I ALSO happen to not like. But Diablo and Diablo II were great. <-- Related to Star Craft in a technicality, all games mentioned were Blizzard :B

i play alot of starcraft and im fairly good at it......waht's so good about the game is that when you get skilled, you can challenge yourself by playing 3 computer and set it to melee so that it's one against three. then things get hard i myself, play protoss and use the effective 48 zealot rush
