nope, it's 66. here's the complete moveset.
Night Shade, Disable, Quick Attack, Hypnosis, Pursuit, Nightmare, Double Team, Haze, Dark Void, Embargo, Dream Eater, Dark Pulse is the last at 93.
Time Roar and Spacial Rend are only learnt by the ones from this event, which is a promo for the 10th movie, apparently.

Yeah...
But you do have Diamond, right? And as for FFTA2... I find that FFIV is better, and Luminous Arc more suits my style. Better artwork and graphics you know!
