I emphasize on the "normal Rasengan". Which sucks in comparison to the real deal.

Yea he has had a KB use the Rasen Shuriken before read the chapter where he uses it on the guy with 5 hearts, he has a KB use it and he used it too so he had 2 chances to hit the guy.

Then there is actually no point to the warning, or even telling that "DONT USE IT ANYMORE BECAUSE YOUR BODY CANT TAKE IT"
Unless somehow the damage it causes somehow gets to him through the KB's, which would be retarded.
Then again, it wouldn't be the first time that'd happen in Naruto.

Anime is currently at fillers.
So read anything you want.
They were in the part where they met Sasuke and he kicked everyone around like an emo kid on an outburst of rage. So yeah, go from that point on.
