NOOBS GUIDE

Let me start by saying I'm not quite sure this is the proper place for this thread, but it seemed to be the most reasonable place to put it. Well, being that I am a noob essentially, at least to AQ, I figured I'm not the only one who has certain questions.

That being said, I'd appreciate very much (and other noobs would too I bet), if the more experienced players could help us learn more about it, without having to search the message boards for hours.

Mostly what I'm talking about are things such as commonly used acronyms, places, and monsters.

Reading thourgh farming guides and such, I've seen things like "Maze", RA, "Buried treasure".

That's pretty much it, I just thought I could ask for everyone to help out in creating one big huge ultimate NOOB guide, and thanks in advance to anyone who helps out!

I can tell you a few acronyms for items and places, sure:

MUST KNOW:

STR - Strength
INT - Intelligence
DEX - Dexterity
CHA - Charisma
END - Endurance
LUK - Luck
HP - Health Points
MP - Mana Points
LVL - Level
EXP - Experience

ITEM ACRONYMS:

NMP - Nightmare Plate
NMS - Nightmare Shield
NMM - Nightmare Mace
RnP - Reign Plate
RD - Reign Defender
RnB - Reign Bringer
ShC - Shadow Cloak
ShB - Shadowbones
ShS - Shadow Spear
EIK - Elite Ice Katana
WB - Wicked Breaker
GK - Gatekeeper Armor
DW - Dark Wartexx
DHZ - Dragonhand Z
DFSZ - Dragonfang Scimitar Z
DFS - Fragonfang Scimitar
RUB - Raynar's Ultimate Blade
RA - Random Adventure (same thing as Battle Monsters)

FARMING QUESTS/WELL KNOWN PLACES:

The Maze - Farming quest for Guardians where you have to find something in a maze for good rewards. The location is always the same, so once you find it once, you can start farming it efficiently. Watch out that you don't bump into the Mice or Bump the walls or you have to start over.

Nightbane's Castle - Another good farming spot, located in Darkovia Forest. You battle Dracopyric creatures here.

Carnax War Scroll - Guardian- Only quest licated in the Rip in the sky, decent for farming. get the Carnax Blade from the chest and use Undead Mutant to kill the pieces of Carnax. Battle High. You can also choose to fight Carnax 1-on-1, and he has 25mil HP.

Guardian Tower - The big tower in Battleon. It's services are available to Guardians-Only.

The Void - Accessible to guardians from the Guardian Tower's teleporter, or you can go there by clicking the moon in Granemor. It generally holds an Uber monster that the staff replace about every month. These monsters provide some ofthe greatest challenges ever, so be prepared.

Guardian Tower Carnax - A much harder version of Carnax is here. The rewards are great, if you can kill him.

Buried treasure - Available in Lolosia, it is a fairly good farming quest that requires rather annoying stat rolls every few kills. I believe the end reward is 4000 gold.

Uneasy Peace - A decent farming quest (great for Adventurers) where you repeatedly kill dragons for decent gold and token rewards. Te only real challenges for a fairly experienced player are the Great Frost Wyrm and the Giind, Megdragon.

The Maze is in the rip in the sky. I forgot to mention that.

EDIT: I added that little bit in. Remember, this is just a miniscule portion of what you can actually do. Lets let some other people add onto what I posted or say some stuff f their own.

Oh, and I would also like to point out these acronyms because they are important:

STR - Strength
INT - Intelligence
DEX - Dexterity
CHA - Charisma

Another good farming spot if you like long repetitive battles leading up to 1 big battle, is the Akriloth Scroll, accessable from the rip in the sky, take a left, then click on the book holder in front of the pool, then the scroll on the right next to the half elf. be warned, akriloth is not easy, hes lvl 100 and if you are illequipped, your gonna die. even if you got the Ice Claymore from twilly, if you are illequipped, your gonna die.
