It's kinda wierd Virus Zero. I have the same exact combo for my Custom Weapon too.

my custom wep SUCKED i had a stone handle, a darkness gem, a passable handle, and the WORST blade u could ever find!

But seeing as you had the WORST possible blade, I'm sure that's why it sucked.

my blade dosent fit it's looks it has haxxor fire ore energetic unshaped and a hilt but i forgotten its name

but if your are level 90+ doesnt that mean that you are guaranted to get the level 90+ parts. So when you go on the quest you are sure to find level90+ parts or am i wrong

Yes, you are wrong (no offense) the occurence of each piece is completetly random.

I seem to have a knack for finding Katana Blades and Passable Handles. I have pretty much made my weapon the best it can be, with the exception that the Masterwork Handle keeps eluding me.

I have every part I want except the shadowsteel. I keep finding the arcanum blade though!
