yes but they are very hard to find. All the high level parts are hard to find. Nevertheless I have the best

I wonder if I could find out, I keep missing crystal blades.

The chance of finding each part is exactly the same as every part. Nothing has higher odds than anything else.

custom weapon quest is great for exp, I went up about 3 levels while doing it.
