no really, the only weap which will EVER get that high is Hollow's Weather Remote.

here's a weapon I just made... and it might actually be plausible!
name: MultiBeam
element: energy.
special: if you decide to wait one turn with it equipped, you can choose:
Ice (1 hit. freezes)
Fire (1 hit. changes wind resist to 200% for 1 turn. why wind? makes the fire hotter.),
Energy ( drain 50% of damage done into your health bar if the enemy is non-robotic. if they are, b2h goes to -50% for that turn as their visuals are distorted. robots = metal enemies. if the rust reaver works, this does)
Rapid-fire Explosives (7 hits earth ranged)
Sniping Laser (1 hit. does damage of foe's weakest element. 100% b2h. 5% chance of OHKO but you'll lose 700 mana if that happens. you don't got the mana, you dies. if it's not the OHKO you lose 100 HP). if you wait, your defenses change to 0 and elements to 150% for that turn.
b2h:
ice or fire: 10%
energy: 20%. it's slow, but really big.
explosives: 10% on all hits
laser: 100%. remember the risk. of death.
damages:
all are 1-30
type: ranged
cost: 10,000
lvl: 78
shop: Drakel Black Market
descrip: ooh, shiny gun. wonder what it does?
appearance: a big gun. like the BFG but no handle, and it's attatched to your arm.
