Unrealistic as in if it restored 5 mana every 30 seconds I would just leave the computer when I have dinner and when I get back I will have full mana.

^yes, but think about it. nobody's going to want a weapon that weak with a price and lvl requirement that high.
the level alone makes it balanced enough.
edit: changed the pheonixian rod so the special works better. I also made the staff more balanced.
now you have to actually attack, rather than just leaving it.

55, not excactly high. I saw a guy who got that level in the 24 free hours you get. And has never played since he could no longer get in.
And 10,000. I mean come on 15 mins tops.
