I think that Ultamite AQ should have a place where people can make their own clan. But since we are already on a forum site I think clan forums might not be allowed. But a official forum would be good. If this shall be allowed I have a gigantic clan which I am gonna start here. I got already everything ready.

I doubt they're gonna come out with custom clans in a long while, though.

Do you mean like on the official forums where they have make belive clans? If so I am sure we can do that here but you might have to ask a Mod.

I'll see what suik says. Obviously this cannot be like the Official AQ where it is basically just clan bashing but I think its a good idea.

Something similar was tried a while back when a lot of the older UAQ mods and admins were around. It never really worked despite having a much more active forum and a higher amount of active members if memory serves. Darkforest and I don't really find this as a good idea and we think that it would end up a mess for everyone. Instead, if you want or can, you are always free to create a clan or clans on the AQ forums with other members from here, as long as you follow their guidelines.

If they made clans though, people would begin to do things like if you join my clan ill give you 1k on aq of something like that. Its a good idea, but if you jopined one would you ever be allowed to leave it?

You can't give money on AQ.It is a Single-player, no interaction with others.That is the same reason why you wouldn't get any use of clans like that.
However, as Suik said, it doesn't work out.We don't have that much will.
