Heres what to do to in order for your ideas to actually be used:
In the title tell what your general idea is! Don't make the subject "We need to..." but instead if you want to for example change the color of the boards make the subject something like: "New board colors"
In your idea try to put DETAILS! Instead of just saying: "we need new board colors" say what you think would look nice.
Basically HELP US OUT as much as possible! We want to change these boards, but we can't if you're vague or unclear!
