idk much about your items so I'll just post some stuff that is decent for your level.
weapons-
energy - Brilhado blade, it's like 8-28 I think.
try getting some 100% ranged weapons too
such lavista's bow, and ninja stars, and maybe a salvation bow.
shields-
IT works good with the 100% ranged, it's by far my most used shield.
pets-
get rid of the wyvern and othe high cha pets if you have any.
I'd highly suggest getting an uber armor (if not a whole set) asap as reign set quest is pretty br00tal at level 90.
Sorry I can't help more, it kinda surprised me since our builds are similiar.

Also, use a (mostly) pure build, since at your level hybridizing isn't that effective.
