well, you should go for a specific build in your stats. str, dex, end for warrior. Int, Dex, End for mages. Str, int, Dex, End for hybrids (but they aint good..)
also, if you got a good pet i would advice you to get some cha too..
and you can look at the money guides on tips to get money, but some nice places to farm is: lerooy quest, nightbane's castle (darkovia), alphnar,(south) the dragon cat quest that i don't remember the name on, (south, fight the hunters) ,keld naer (south).
but, you should really give us your char link, so we can see your weap/spell/armor and so on..

Hybrids are good. Go for 150 str 100 dex 200 int and the rest on End. Thats a Death hybrid.

From my uses: Power Hybrid STR:LV*3/5 INT: LV*3/5 END:LV*3/5 I trained it in following order: END, STR, INT.STR and INT can be switch around depending on what you use.The thing was weak on BTH side, but strong on MP;HP and damage department. It never caused me any problems, but most of the time I used weapons with 8+ innate BTH.At your level: Max HP: 990 Max MP: 968
Base To Hit/Damages Melee BTH: +7% Magic BTH: +7% Ranged BTH: +0%
Melee Damage: +14 Magic Damage: +14 Ranged Damage: +7
IT would cost you 208900 gold. Not much, IMO.
However, select carefully.Soon after I became that, I changed my build to: STR: the rest of points*3/8 INT: the rest of points*5/8 END:LV/4 CHA:needed for my most used/important pet attack rate of 90-95%
And now my build got changed yet again, to beastmage:
INT: maxed out END: rest of points CHA: enough for pets(mainly nerfkitten), so 150/190.
Thats it.
Oh, also, next time try to post under Charater rating.

Train when you feel necessary. I usually train after getting an Uber item.

For me, the cost came out twice as high. And yes, it will cost that much and is worth much more if you train them to 115/115/120.(Now 115/120/120).
IMO if you're not trained, it's always necessary.Besides, you farm faster in most quest when you have your stats developed.

In my opinion.
Better train now than wait and have money more as a deficit(spelling?).
