The thing that's bugging me is his stats. Can you tell me what kind of build he is using? Contrary to popular belief, spreading out stats should stay with Diablo and such. I think someone mentioned earlier that it was the best build, but I doubt that myself after seeing the damage.
Tell type of build, and more help can be given.

Well, for starters he needs to stop spending points on charisma and luck, they do very little for you in the long run. I spent 50 total on those two skills, a big loss for me unfortunately. He needs to choose a kind of build, tell us, and we'll go from there. But I would recommend working much more on INT and STR. Choose one to focus more on. Then work on the other and either END or DEX. I would also recommend maxing out INT and STR. Then work on END, as it affects your HP, adversly affecting the damage you can take. Then Dex.
