My cousin had recently earned a scar on his face last week. Does anyone know an easy way to get rid of the scar?

There really isn't a way to get rid of scars. There are ways to make them less apparent, though.

Why does he mind having a scar on him anyway?
There are lots of ways to get a scar on face, the simpliest one would be repatively ramming a cat with your face.......Following that logic, your cousin would need an anticat to get rid of them.
A bit more normal way would be with laser.
