There's this girl I like and her birthday is in about 3 weeks. But I don't know if she likes me back. I'm almost definatley and possibly positive that were friends. What should I get her? I was thinking about getting her a cd (music dvd maybe?). Or would that be too much? People in school say she has a boyfriend (also a friend of mine) but her myspace-ish kind of website says she's single and searching, and with the "what are you searching for (in life)" question, she answered "someone who can love me"

Music CD seems like an okay - thing is that, I've got a feelin' it is a bit too 'kay....

You could give some good clothes as a present, cuz then she will wear them and be reminded of you, atleast, everytime she puts it on.

Cosmetics - I dunno. In a sense, while girls generally like them, this is like sayin' that they could look/smell better that they're already are. It is also a bit too much IMO, so it stays out.

You could alternatively ask Faye.

I don't have too big a budget. Clothes and cosmetics I'm gonna pass cuz she can be really pissed of (she F-ing hits you for Christ's sake >.<)

EDIT: I've only known her for about 4 months along with a group of about 6 more people so maybe she'll be impressed I remembered her music style?

That much is true though. You'll end up killing yourself.Clothes is from past experience with myself, though.

IDK, I'd say music DVD, but be careful to not miss on it. Atleast DVDs aren't hyper expensive(I think).

Get her something that is personalised in some way, this helps if you don't know that much about her but atleast her name. =P As she might have changed, for a new music style. Saying this though I know only what you have said, you're the one that knows her.

So, been a while. I don't know if it's against the rules to still post here cuz there isn't posted in a long time bit it's still on the first page so I just hope it's still ok.

So I gave it too her yesterday (went for a cd of Nightwish which I knew she liked). She was extremely happy with it. The shy guy I am, I kinda ran after I gave it too her -____- She thanked me for it today though and said she listened to it 'till 23 PM. So I'd say...
