I found out at Z-token shop that the Z-token prize of your house will increase every week.I'm not sure when it was when I bought my forest tent, but now its sellback is 240 Z-tokens.

I bought a tiki hut for 1000 tokens and now I can sell it for 1200. That's the only reason why I bought it, to sell it for more tokens at a later date.
