Activity in Certain Places

I noticed the activity in a few places has been very lacking as of late.

Our IRC channel, which has been up for over 3 years now has never had more than 5 people in it at once. I would definitely like to see this improve. IRC is a great place to talk, it is like an instant messenger program where you can talk to many people at once if they're online. I'm almost online all day in there so if you ever have a quick question of some sort to ask me you can ask me there easily.

Also the activity in Data Submission and even the UAQ email box has been very low. When new items are released we need the help of some of you to get certain pieces of information or pictures for the website. We aren't getting anywhere near the amount of posts in Data Submission as I'd like. I really can't do everything myself, so I need help every now and then.
