well it reminds u of red rinding hood with her weird red hood on her back so maybe and most possibly she is a girl and when we say sound means she talks like a girl

Meh, I kind of expected a turn of events like this. I am willing to guess that Nightbane is the main character that Epic Quest 16 revolves around. But I'm not so good at making estimations. I like to stick to the facts.
Though it does sound possible, judging by the ending Cinematic of the Nightbane wars...
