It's resized too small to me. Try cutting out a small 100 x 100 clip of the original image, or resize the original to half and clip out a 100 x 100 from that.

I find Flash 8 best, since you can rescale the dpi as you shrink the image, meaning you can get much better quality from smaller/larger pics.

I'm old skool and use MS Paint hyur hyur. :B To save the quality, I save as PNGs. Too lazy to download any fancy programs.

I'm more of a JPG user myself. I use GIMP when I wanna do something quick, Photoshop for massive edits, and Paint for one minute edits.
Do any of you guys use one of those online image croppers? They're not bad, but the size of the images has to be pretty darn small to use.
