Guitar Axes?

So, my poor old puebla mace (20) is getting sorta obsolete. I had planned to get the Guitar Axe (65) after reaching the appropriate level, but it seems there is a discrepancy concerning its rarity between the official AQ forums and the weapons guide found here. I've had no success finding it or Drakel Madness in general.

So, to my question... is Drakel Madness (or at least the warchest) still available to adventurers? If so, where do I head to start the quest, and if not, what wind weapon (or progression thereof, as the case may be) would you suggest for a STR>END>DEX build fielding Canine Warrior armor?


Oh, er, also, do house accessories (guards, paintings, etc) affect the house's value in any appreciable way, or are they just a token sink?

I'm looking into the weapon stuff,but as for now no items for houses don't increase in value like houses do.I cant say that some might not increase in sell back like some normal items do after they go rare,but you cant buy a picture and have it increase in value by 10 tokens a week or anything.

Edit:The official forums say that the axes are indeed rare,personally I had one and didn't like it too much.
