After you paste it into paint or whatever it either saves in in a default location, the last place you saved a picture,or where you chose to save it,next time you press print screen, paste it into paint and then click save as and chose where to save it,then browse to said location and theres you screenshot.

OK, got that, but when I transfer it from paint to photoshop it goes all blurry. How do I make a quality picture?

Doesn't transfer into photoshop.I personally doesn't use it anyway.Paint is really fine, and in need I can use some other programs too for drawing. How about trying to save it in photoshop?
....
Hey....you.Why do you want to do this!?

What? I'm just curious. I saw everyone else talking about it and got interested. And I wanted to make one of those things about my character. Y'know, like, there's a picture of your character, and then it says the characters name. It looks pretty cool. Go to Bob and George and go on sigs.
