Talking about class skills? Level up in the class by taking the quests and finishing them. If you're an Sdventurer, most classes won't let you go past level 5.

talk to twilly visit the stat trainer... the first guy does all skills to 75 I believe the other 2 NPCs do up 200 but are more specialized.
