mace is good. but after my opinion, you should get one of the armors first.

Either Golden or Valhallan first, IMO.Shadow and Reign are IMO 2nd tier same level ubers(meaning you can get them too, but they're more spefic with similar abilities).
Of course, this goes for armors.

525000- you'd lose 175K if you bought Asgardian later on.
At your level the Valhallan does 400/350/300, while Asgardian does 450/400/200(50/50/-100 compared to Valhallan, so actually weaker by a bit.)

You're doing that wrong.
Asgardian has +50 / +50 / -100
That means that the two are equal >_>
Because 50 + 50 =100 - 100 = 0

Nope......25 damage from stats is way more than 50 random and 50 base together
generally, stat damage overpower both weapon base and weapons random(avg base 10, avg random 20(for average damage of 10) for 10-30 weapon, whereby stats have an average of 12.5 there).
ACC: got 350K.
DIS: Probaly need to get Horn of Pwny.
ACC: got Darkovia Stone Cottage.
ACC: can farm at Nightbane's Castle with DB.Stupid Balius, leaving Syphons and stuff lying around.
