This spell works a little like the Omnitrix in Ben 10, except the forms don't time-out. they just run out of SP.

And none of the Omnitrix's aliens suck.

It's a show about a ten year old named Ben Tennyson who finds an alien device called the Omnitrix after its container is ejected from a space battle to keep it out of the hands of the show's first season main villain, an alien named Vilgax. The Omnitrix overwrites the wearer's genetic code with the genetic code of various alien species, turning them, physically, into an alien that generally has some beneficial use: Strength, speed, intelligence, etc. At first it has only 10 aliens in its coding, but eventually the Omnitrix begins to unlock more, and absorb the DNA of more as Ben encounters them. The downside is that, currently, the Omnitrix only possesses enough power to make these transformations last on a very short time scale, usually around ten minutes, though it will work for more or less time if dramatic effect requires it. After the power wears out, it goes into a recharge mode and returns Ben to his normal human kid self.
I like it. The show has its moments. Sure, there are parts that mostly pander to the target audience of children, but the show gives a nod every now and then to the adults who might be watching the show with their children, and throws them a bone so they don't get totally bored.
And since I never outgrew that childish ability to be easily entertained, I get the best of both worlds.

Pzycho Fiend is actually remarkably similar to Heatblast, that firey guy who looks like he's made of rock. except the Fiend can't throw fireballs.

I think Shapeshifter was kinda useful for low level players but I don't find it useful. Sun Eater was nice but Pzycho Fiend requires SP to do the same thing it does w/o SP.

Nope, with SP it does just 100/100 more. Sun-Eater and Calladus looked same to my eyes with the difference of element, however, liked the Trobble for reason you mentioned(yay LP gain)
Low leveled players?Hmm, don't forget that low leveled players can't unlock more useful forms. I guess it is best at lv 55 or 65.

personally I wouldn't use it unless I had access to the Raydius Dragon, and probably Calladus, but that means you need level 75 or so and guardianship.

Raydius Dragon is bad, regenerates only 16 HP per turn.Better of using armor that actually protects. Calladus isn't that bad, thought.300/300/200 with 25% BTH.

the Raydius Dragon is pretty good as far as I'm concerned. its only major weakness with Gyrate equipped is ice, which I can use Icefall for anyway.

Okay, I'm fine with that.It sure has potential in few elements, removing ubers and accounting its level.SP cost isn't that excessive either.
With that in mind, it IS decent. For who it is intended to.......after they nerf Necro....... The argument here was rather from different perspective.I understand your views here.
Oh, and by the way, the player at your signature is LV 85 with X-guardianship.Just so that you know, looking at your earlier comment.
My personal fav is still Trobble ^^ with Water sign. And for now, I retreat(and go to sleep in the process). You win^^.
