New weapon: Tuning Blade phased out, Thrale's Hatred brought in. So far I know it's Melee Fire, 7-29, 11% BTH, with a reportedly very weak special.
So again, nothing I'm interested in.

the highest Tuning Blade's sellback is 70K now it's gone rare. interested yet?

No, because the staff has not said all Groggle weapons will increase in value. A single weapon doing so is not an indication of a trend.

still, I'm going for the new fire weapon... if just because my Warsmith keeps resetting the defenses on Protector by doing its special...

Warsmith gives you a temporary armor as its special. changing armors resets it, so I'm getting a new fire weapon. actually, if I can find the hilt I'll use my Custom Weapon.

I advise getting the hilt and using Custom. Every other element has respectable weapons.

I've got one of everything so far in jagged peaks,it just takes a good bit of fighting.Plus sometimes you get the same items in the shop so you have to keep trying again until you get the items you want in the shop.

I've seen every item they offer, but I haven't purchased any because so far, the Jagged Peaks has been offering up some pretty crappy equips by anyone's standards.

How long do you think it'll take for the staff to give up on this as they did on that rare monster hunt. That Raydius Dragon has been there for what, a year now, and no word of ever updating it again has been told.

Just look at the dark lands in general. When we had this huge necro vs pally war they said it would "change all of lore forever". Well, nothing really changed. The clans aren't even popular anymore either.

Either A) the staff have the attentionspan of a three year old, or B) they are trying to please everyone with adding a bit of stuff here, a bit there, some new multipart quest there(remember Epic Quest? Yeah, me neither) and a new war intro here! Too bad they are doing a bad job at it, that's my opinion on it at least.
They need to focus more on things, I'd say. If they don't think they can keep some quest up for future updates(like the Monster Hunt), then don't do it. Simple as that. Have it as a one week quest and take it out instead of keep it there and have "will be updated with another rare monster later on!" in it, fooling people.

The epic quest saga is over. We finished it. Epheel is the shadow master.
I was also wondering not too long ago about the summer war. Generally we get a summer saga that has a final epic ending and this year all we really had was gab about the devourer.
