forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=11096970...Archmage Robes? Wha? I don't keep up with Magey stuff, never heard of 'em. You'll note Mage is the only class that has no SP abilities. So the idea of using SP to limit farming with Necromancer is apparently right out, since they're obviously not making magic stuff cost SP. And the SP costs on Fighter are probably gonna make low-level players go "...Why am I bothering? I can't use these skills but every couple of turns."

Incentive to make people level up more, play more, and think more about getting Guardianship?
In before Guardians get x3 SP. X-Guardians get x5.

At level 130 you get 700 SP and I use potions like twice a year so I suppose they have to find some other use for it,lets just hope all our training and planning doesn't go the way of the XP bar.

Archknight? What, you lock down your opponent and take away his/her speaking priviledges?

presumably it's in the same sense as ArchMage: basically a high-powered Fighter with some of the limits raised.

I'd rather take the ability to lock and ban monsters.

>_>
while that would be neat, it would be about as sensible as my idea for a SimCity wand which causes skyscrapers to fall on things.

You're talking about a game where there is a staff which makes sheep attack your enemies. I recall that the sheep actually fall from the sky on top of your opponent. Or did they ram him/her/it?
The point is still the same.

Don't forget the spell that makes a tree fall on someone right out of the blue.

and a spell which should remove all heat from the universe but only manages to hurt one thing >_>
OK, I get the point. all I meant was that they haven't invented skyscrapers yet. and besides, locking and banning a monster would prevent it from ever appearing in the game - ANYWHERE - again.

Except you seem to forget one important detail. The monsters we fight are mostly inviduals. In RA at least. One member of a species. Banning one of them would not mean the entire eradication of a race from the RA list. And if you ban some war boss, you are the winner, and since you play from a point of view where YOU are the main hero, and other players are a faceless mass, it doesn't matter to no one but YOU.
